SACAS Ireland Auditors & Technical Experts

Audit as a Dialogue

SACAS Ireland auditors see an audit as a professional dialogue among equal partners. Rather than completing checklists or tick sheet exercises. SACAS Ireland auditors focus fully on the auditee’s operational activities and on understanding individual management systems requirements, customer requirements, and own specified requirements.

Audit Planning

Each audit is planned and based on the needs and expectations of each organization. This includes the maturity of the management system, technological, economic, or cultural conditions, and key topics of an organization. As the majority of our auditors are qualified for more than one standard ensuring combined audits can be conducted, such as quality, environmental, health and safety, quality for medical devices, food safety, energy management, and others. SACAS Ireland is able to provide our customers with a competent team for almost any combination of standards.

Competence

All SACAS Ireland auditors have tertiary education, training, and have relevant business experience ensuring they have the ability to conduct audits in any of the 39 IAF codes. Amongst our auditors are environmentalists, occupational health and safety practitioners, engineers, food safety experts, biologists, and many more. In addition to this, they also have extensive experience in management techniques and systems and a proven record of hands-on experience in the various industrial sectors.

Qualification and Training

SACAS Ireland promotes a harmonized audit approach and a common understanding of different standard interpretations through training provided. To that end, we organize an annual auditor training program, which includes topics from the interpretation of standards, audit techniques, interview methods, legal requirements, and many more.
